EMC Alerts via Twilio
1. EMC utilizes Twilio to send SMS message for various SCADA control systems statuses and alerts.
2. To cancel the SMS service text "STOP" and notify your supervisor. After you send the SMS message "STOP", the SCADA system will send you a SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages. If you want or need to join again, sign up as you did the first time and the SCADA system will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. If you need help directly contact your supervisor or use the contact link at the top of this page.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from the SCADA system and to the SCADA system from you. Message frequency will vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it’s best to contact your wireless provider.
